We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

We are not liable for any losses due to website downtime, security breaches, third-party failures, or unforeseen technical issues. Clients are responsible for providing the necessary content, images, and approvals on time to ensure smooth project execution.

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. If termination occurs before project completion, the client may be required to pay for the work completed up to that point. No refunds will be issued for completed work or ongoing SEO services. All confidential information shared during the project will remain protected unless legally required to be disclosed.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Gurugram Haryana, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
